Jim Weber
Jim Weber is our professional home consultant who will assist you in selecting a home and the products that will be included in that home. As a licensed real estate professional, he can also help those that may not own property to select a homesite that fits their needs.
Jim has also earned his certification as a Certified Green Professional (CGP) and a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS).
Laura Pollard
Laura Pollard is a graduate of Katharine Gibbs Business School and worked for us on weekends from June, 1992 through July, 1997. In April of 2006, she came back to work for us as Assistant Bookkeeper and handles accounts payable and banking function.
Charlene Decker
Charlene has worked in the Building industry for over 10 years. Starting with Butler Home & RV Center from 2000-2006 as a Secretary and Bookkeeper. In 2007 she was hired by Ed Nikles Custom Builder, Inc. as a Secretary and Receptionist. She will be the first person to greet and welcome you as you enter our office.
Denege Hashagen
Dee worked for residential new construction builders and custom home builders in the Tampa Bay area of Florida from 1995 through 2002. She continued her career with new construction residential and commercial builders on the East Coast of Florida from 2002 to 2006. Dee came on board at Ed Nikles Custom Builder, Inc. in April of 2007. She will be your personal contact throughout the construction process, assisting with permitting, estimating, purchasing, warrantees, ordering, color selections and change orders.
William Gilpin
Bill Gilpin has been our production supervisor for over 10 years. He is out on the job sites every day coordinating and scheduling our trade contractors and suppliers and making sure that our company is producing a quality home for our customers.
Bette Eagan
Bette directs the Ed Nikles Custom Builder, Inc. business and finance office including budgeting, financial analysis, payroll and select administrative functions. She has been with the Ed Nikles team for 25 years. Bette has an Associates degree in accounting and pursued an Art History degree. Bette also handles human resources within the company. Bette is RRP Lead Certified and is able to be on the job sites if needed.
